Justin and I had been wanting to take a family vacation to San Antonio ever since we moved to Houston. It got put on hold for a while however due to the arrival of Ms. Hadley. We finally made it there this weekend and had a wonderful trip.
Finally at the hotel on Friday night!
We were up early on Saturday to head to Sea World!
Our hotel was less than a mile from Sea World.
Check out Shamu in the grass in back.
First off, we fed the dolphins.
Colby chunked the food at them.
Then we checked out the sharks.
Next up the sea lion show.
The stage for the sea lions.
Pretty elaborate.
Hadley really watched it.
She loved the walrus at the end.

Then we hit the Bay of Play.

Sunday we headed over to downtown.

Then we took a ride on the river.

We ended our trip with lunch with one of my favorite couples in the whole wide world.
Lauren and Jonathan were so sweet to spend their 1st part of their kid-free vacation with us and our kids.

I have no doubt that the reason you wrote such nice things about me is b/c you know I read your blog!! :) SO stinking glad we were able to hang out for a bit...and I'm seriously considering that trip to Houston!
Love all of the pics from Sea World! Makes me kind of sad that Jonathan and I didn't go!
