Catching Up

Here are some random pictures from the last couple of weeks. The days fly by so fast!

Colby was playing mechanic and working on Hadley's swing.
One day I was wrapping Christmas presents, yes I said Christmas presents, and Colby had a ball in the boxes.

Some of our fabulous friends "Boo'd" us the other day. I had a head's up so when I heard the doorbell I sent Kinsley and Colby to the door. They had left this delicious plate on the doorstep and were hiding in the bushes. Kinsley starting screaming, "Somebody left us food! Somebody left us food!" Then they popped of out the bushes. The kids thought that was the coolest thing. We will definitely be boo-ing people next year.

We flew to IL to visit Justin's family this past weekend. On the car ride home from the airport Colby fell asleep. He woke up long enough to walk inside, turn on the TV, and halfway make it onto the ottoman.
This week is red ribbon week at K's school. Tuesday they had to wear their school t-shirt.
She still had sleepy eyes :)
Tuesday also was Colby's Halloween party at school.
He wore his Woody costume for the parade. I finally got to witness him in a school setting and he was just as I thought. Wild as ever.

A rare moment of being still.
Our baby pumpkin
I just want to pinch her cheeks all day!

Fall Festival

This past weekend we went to a local church's fall festival and of course I forgot my camera. Justin managed to get a few pictures with his phone but I'm still bummed I missed out on a photo op.

Colby fishing
He won!
Kinsley and her balloon bunny
MLB maybe?
Kinsley won the cake walk.
The kicker: her and Colby were the only ones playing.
Lunch time!
Ready to search for the perfect pumpkin.
Inside we found a working model train set.
I think Colby could have stayed there all day.

Roll Over, Roll Over...

and that's exactly what Hadley's been doing. She's not a pro yet but she's getting onto her belly about once a day. And she has an audience of 4 plus 1 dog every time she does it. We are so proud of her!
Well it has been an emotional and stressful week for us. Justin's father is very ill and while I won't go into details, I'm asking for prayers for Ron and their entire family. Justin was gone most of the week up to Minnesota to the Mayo Clinic to be with his dad and family. I did snap a few pictures before he left. Last Sunday, we took the kids on a bike/scooter ride.

Kinsley with her camera. Obviously she didn't do much scootering.

Justin with his girls before church.
Hadley trying prunes for the first time.
I had forgotten how messy little ones were.
It cooled off just long enough for Kinsley to bust out a pair of her new boots.
She was styling that day.
I feel like I should put a picture of Colby in here and this was about the best I could get.

Friday night I took the kids to our church's Family movie Night.
They were supposed to wear either their costumes or Halloween attire.
