This is what a big boy looks like...

sleeping in his big boy bed! We took the rail off Colby's crib last night and he did fabulous! He stayed in his bed all night and was sitting in the bed this morning when we went to get him up for church. I am so proud of my little man!

Spring Break is FUN!

We are having a great Spring Break! We've been busy enjoying the weather and doing lots of fun stuff. Here are a few pictures from Spring Break so far...

The kids spent the night at Mimi and Pop's

We also joined 20,000 of our friends at the zoo on Tuesday.

Playing outside

This morning the kids had their Easter pictures with the bunnies and lambs with Mr. Ronnie. I can't wait to get them in. Here are the pre-pic pics.

Today we also met up with our friends Trae and Cade at McDonald's and then headed to the Tunica Aquatic Center. That place is cool. The kids had a blast swimming!

Being silly in the car

Colby was a little pooped!
We also went to the park the other day with Ethan and Addison. Of course, I forgot my camera. Kristy, I hope you got some cute pics!

Yucky Weather and the "Funk"

The weather has been so cold and rainy these past few days and the kids have had the funk... runny noses, congested, just yucky feeling. So we have been having to play inside and find things to do. We are so ready for good weather and Spring Break!

Kinsley Quote of the Day

At the breakfast table, in her best sing song voice, "Colby, don't repeat your errors from yesterday."
Seriously, she's 4.

Painted Dogs, Cute headbands, and one sweet little boy

First I have to say, I am loving this weather! We have had lots of fun playing outside these past few days. On Friday night, we went out with friends and had a great time. Seriously, Kristy we should get together more than once a quarter! Saturday Kinsley and I went to a birthday party for a friend at her school. Sunday after church, I worked on some painting projects. London was my little helper and got into the pink paint...look really close, it's on his chin.
See it now?
This morning we busted out Kinsley's Color Wonder finger paints. She loved painting and I loved that there was no mess.
Leslie gave K this cute flower headband as a belated birthday gift. I swear she hasn't taken it off since.

Pics of sweet little Colby, who is my quiet child. And I always feel like I leave him out of my blog posts. He just won't sit still for pictures anymore!
I think he was showing off his big belly in this one. Can you read his lips? He's saying, "Cheese!"

Random Pictures

We've been keeping busy lately but it's been mostly working on things around the house. I'm painting Kinsley's furniture, we cleaned out the attic--fun times, etc. We did manage to get outside for the 70 degree day and then in the snow the next day.

Kinsley in her lounge chair waving to the neighborhood kids. This is the day she finally realized "the Ice Cream Man" exists. He came around at 5 o'clock and me being the mean momma told her we couldn't get anything because it was too close to dinner. Ahhh, the drama that followed. Twenty minutes of uncontrollable crying. I felt horrible. I finally got back into her good graces with a "girl's Night" later that evening and with the promise that next time we MIGHT get something from the Ice Cream man.

Kinsley used her $1 allowance (which she just randomly conned from Justin) to buy this dinosaur pottery to paint. We somehow thought it was an elephant and bought it to paint and give to Beau (Alabama Fan). When we got home we realized it was a dinosaur.

I took the kids for haircuts this week. Kinsley just got a trim, but Colby needed a massive cut. They both look so cute!
