Fall Festivals

We have had such a fun weekend so far (which is good since we are painting the laundry room after church today = no fun). Friday night Justin took us for a surprise dinner and outing in a cute part of town that the kids and I had never been. The kids were so excited...
K in the car on the way
Colby checking out the little white church as we're leaving the neighborhood.
Only he knew where we were going...scary!
On Saturday, we went to two fall festivals. The first one was at a local church and the second was at a community center. We had a blast but missed our Mimi who has been with us for every fall festival since K was born.
On a Train ride at the church
Pure bliss on the train ride
On the moon bounce
Decorating the first pumpkin

Colby won a cake walk. Of course, he picked a ball cake!
Picking out their second pumpkins

He was so proud!

My three punkins
Pink-A-Boo the balloon clown
Kinsley with her flower.
Colby got a giraffe
On another "train" ride
Barrels pulled by a four wheeler
Colby begged to hug the Chik fil A cow
the real cow
The kids got those plastic parachute men at one of the festivals. Justin showed them how to fly off the balcony. No telling what will be "flying" now.

What fun! I'm sure missing y'all about now. too! This has always been my favorite part of the year but not so much anymore:(
We can look forward to the end of the month cause Pops and I will definitely be there for Halloween. Hope y'all continue to find all the fun stuff to do in Texas. We love and miss all of you.

Fun times!!! I don't blame Colby for picking out the ball cake...it looks full of icing!
