Baby Bedding and Fabulous Weather

I guess because this is most likely ( I've learned to never say never) my last child, I had a really hard time deciding on baby bedding. I had an idea in my head what I wanted but I was having a hard time finding exactly what I wanted. After a week at Mimi's, in which she forced me to look at hundreds of crib collections, I finally found what I wanted. We ordered it while I was there and yesterday it came! I'm really happy with it and I can't wait for Justin to get to painting.

As far as the pregnancy goes, this one has definitely been my most challenging. I'm sure part of it has to do with the fact that I have two little ones to take care of this time. Also, I've had some "potential" for problems that may come later. I have another ultrasound scheduled for 2 weeks and I'm praying they won't put me on bed rest.

The weather has been absolutely gorgeous here this week. I think the high today is 78 woo hoo! I am so ready to get planting some flowers. We had our first picnic by the pool this season and hit up the neighborhood park yesterday. It has been so nice for the kids to be outside and burn off some excess energy...especially Colby. We are getting ready for Spring Break and are so glad that Mimi and Pops will be here. We are planning on hitting up the famous rodeo and showing them the zoo!

Kinsley cheered in her first game early Saturday morning. The kid was pumped, pumped up for it. It was hilarious to watch 4 & 5 years cheer, but also so adorable. Kinsley had a great time and has already asked to sign up next year.

Ear Piercing, Birthdays, and the Rodeo

We just got back from a long vacation to Mimi's house and I have tons of pictures to post later. Before we left we had Kinsley a mini birthday celebration. For her birthday, she wanted her ears pierced. She was super excited but a little nervous.

So the rodeo is a REALLY big deal here. This entire week at Kinsley's pre-school is dedicated to the rodeo.

Valentines and More

Last week Kinsley had her preschool Valentines party. Colby and I always like to party with the class and luckily Mimi had sent some cool Valentine outfits for them to wear.

The weather has not been the best around here and the kids are getting very creative with the games they play. This day they put on old Halloween costumes and chased the dog.

We also did yoga and this is a 4 year olds' version of a yoga outfit.

For Valentine's Day, the boys cooked the girls dinner and we made dessert for the boys.

This is the kids this morning. We are celebrating Kinsley's birthday a little early. Kinsley got to go with Justin and pick out doughnuts this morning. Later today Kinsley is going to get her ears pierced and then we're heading to Chuck E. Cheese. This is the kids "we are so excited for today" face.
