I know it's bad when...

my husband tells me I need to update my blog. I mean this is the man that never even read it for the first two years that I had the blog. I have been a bit of a slacker though. Life is just a little busy these days.

Maybe it's because this little stinker is EVERYWHERE!

She sure does make our days fun though.

Now this is tired.

During nap time I came upstairs to find him and this set up in the hallway.

We've been having lots of fun outside too.

This past Saturday, we had a special visitor to make pancakes for...JB's boss came into town.

I'm sure it's because he heard of our world famous pancakes.

This is where Justin and I spent yesterday.

In a "tent" over the 17th green at the Shell Houston Open. I had a great time at my first PGA event. Probably due to the free food and drink. Sadly for Justin, now this is the only way I will ever watch a tournament in person again.

Spring Break and More

Last week was Kinsley's Spring Break so the kids and I spent the week at Mimi and Pop's. We had lots of fun going to the zoo and the movies and seeing friends and family. Kinsley even got to have another sleepover at her BFF Callie's. I enjoyed the break from being constantly on the go and loved having the extra sets of hands to help. Hadley started crawling while we were there and we had even more excitement. Uncle Beau proposed to Jenna!! The craziest part was that Kinsley knew for the whole week he was going to do it and never told a soul!

And being true to form, I let my mom take pictures everywhere we went and I only busted out my camera once.

This little stinker turned 9 months on Monday. I can't believe the time has gone by so fast. So after learning to crawl at Mimi's, she's started to pull up to her knees too!

Before we left, I took her to the doctor to check her eczema and for her 9 month check up (a little early). Hadley was in the 25th percentile on both height and weight. We always joke that she looks like a little pixie, maybe it helps that she's little too.

We also hit up the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo before we left. Those pictures are on my phone and maybe someday I will get them downloaded. Colby also had rodeo day at school.

Soccer Craze...

actually it was more like crazies at soccer.

Let me start off by saying that the weather last week was heavenly, sunny and in the upper 70's. Cut to Saturday morning when a cold front came through and it was in the lower 50's and drizzling rain. Our little team of warm weather babes just couldn't handle the "cold." I'd say 90% of the team cried at some point during the game. Either they were cold, hurt, somebody didn't share the ball, they didn't want to play goalie, you get the point. At one point all 3 of my kids were crying. Talk about fun. Luckily we have a 4 year old ringer on the team that scored all 6 of our goals so that we won.

This had to be a warning of what was to come.

A Little Bit of Everything

On Kinsley's actual birthday morning, she got to open the rest of her presents. She was also so excited because she got to bring cupcakes to her class AND Justin brought lunch to her.

One of the few things she asked for: a pogo stick.

Unfortunately she doesn't weigh enough to use it!

This little joker will be starting soccer this weekend. I'm sure it will be very entertaining.

Kinsley loves making signs for the house. We always have some sign, invitation, you name going on here. I found this on the kids' bathroom door the other day.

Last Friday was "stick horse" day at her school.

The kindergartners all paraded around school and had relays outside.

Colby helped her get into character that morning.

I took sweet Hadley to the doctor this morning for a rash.

Poor thing has eczema.

I came home from my Saturday morning walk and found this.

Sunday afternoon Justin was working on Colby's training wheels and decided to take them off to see how he would do.

He had fun and did pretty good.

Then he would freak out because he was "wobbly."

Hadley loves London.

Luckily London is a very patient dog.

The other day we took the Play-Dough outside by the pool.

I have no idea why it never occurred to me to let them do it outside.

We have been power washing everything lately. The driveway, sidewalk, house, and now the fence. Here is the difference.

Yesterday was Dr. Seuss's birthday.

Kinsley's class made hats for the celebration.
